Curious about pole dancing? This fun, welcoming, beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start. Learn basic grips, pole walks, beginner spins, pirouettes, hip circles, body waves, transitions, safety, and body awareness.
No experience, strength, flexibility, or dance background required. All body types, genders, fitness levels, and backgrounds are welcome.
Advancement: Completion of 3 Intro to Pole classes is recommended before joining Beginner Pole. Students with previous pole experience may receive instructor approval through a skills assessment.
What to Wear: Shorts are recommended for safe pole grip. A tank top, sports bra, or fitted athletic wear works well. Avoid lotions or body oils on the day of class.
Level: First-Time / Beginner
Build a strong foundation in pole tricks, movement, strength, and technique while progressing at your own pace. Learn beginner spins, transitions, floorwork, climbing technique, foundational tricks, conditioning, body awareness, and movement flow.
Prerequisite: Completion of 3 Intro to Pole classes or instructor approval through a skills assessment.
Advancement: Students may progress to Intermediate Pole after completing at least 8 Beginner Pole classes and demonstrating the ability to safely and confidently climb the pole.
What to Wear: Shorts are highly recommended for skin grip. Wear a fitted tank top, sports bra, or comfortable athletic clothing. Avoid lotions or body oils on the day of class.
Level: Beginner
Ready for the next challenge? Intermediate Pole builds on Beginner Pole foundations with inversions, leg holds, aerial positions, combinations, and more challenging transitions. Build strength, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, control, and aerial endurance.
Prerequisite: Completion of Beginner Pole, at least 8 Beginner Pole classes, and the ability to safely climb the pole. Students with previous experience may receive instructor approval through a skills assessment.
What to Wear: Shorts are required for safe pole grip. Avoid lotions or body oils and remove jewelry before participating.
Level: Intermediate
Take your pole practice to the next level with inversions, aerial tricks, arm and leg hangs, dynamic transitions, combinations, strength, and flexibility.
This mixed-level class allows experienced pole students to work at their own pace. Whether you're developing your first aerial inversions or refining advanced skills, instructors provide progressions and modifications based on individual goals and experience.
Prerequisite: Completion of Beginner Pole or equivalent experience and instructor approval. Students should be comfortable climbing, performing basic spins, and preparing for inversion work.
What to Wear: Shorts are required for proper pole grip. Avoid lotions or body oils and remove jewelry before participating. Pole heels are optional for approved skills and choreography.
Level: Intermediate–Advanced
Open training time for experienced students who want extra practice on pole or aerial equipment in a relaxed, self-guided environment. Review skills, build strength, refine choreography, or explore movement on your preferred apparatus.
This is a come-and-go practice session, not a structured class or private lesson. An instructor is present for safety supervision, but participants practice independently and should only work on skills they have already been taught.
Eligibility: Prior approval and the appropriate account tag are required. Participants must have completed at least 8 pole or aerial classes at Epic Motion.
Level: Experienced / Approval Required
Explore the exciting world of aerial arts through Silks, Hoop, and Circus Pole. Students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning foundational aerial skills and progressing at their own pace.
Apparatus-specific conditioning and flexibility help students develop a strong, sustainable foundation.
What to Wear: Form-fitting leggings or yoga pants that cover the backs of the knees and a fitted top are recommended. Avoid shorts, cropped tops, and jewelry. Classes are typically barefoot. Bring a water bottle.
Level: All Levels
Ages: 7+
Explore ballet and lyrical movement while building technique, fluidity, strength, and control. Class includes a barre warm-up, ballet floorwork, and choreography blending ballet and lyrical styles.
Pole work is completely optional. Dancers with pole experience can explore bringing softer, ballet-inspired movement into their pole flow, while those without pole experience can enjoy the entire class without using the pole.
No pole or ballet experience required.

Explore self-expression, confidence, and sensual movement through creative chair dance choreography. Learn techniques, transitions, and movement combinations designed to help you connect with your body and develop your own style.
No prior dance experience is necessary, and drop-ins are welcome.

Explore fluid floorwork, sensual movement, and creative self-expression in a supportive, beginner-friendly class. Learn smooth transitions, floorwork combinations, poses, slides, and techniques for moving gracefully on and off the floor.

What to Wear: Knee pads, comfortable leggings or leg warmers, and a shirt or tank that covers the torso. Dance in socks, low heels, or pole heels.

Discover the joy of movement through creative hoop flow and dance. Learn beginner-friendly hoop techniques, smooth transitions, and dance-inspired combinations while building strength, coordination, and body awareness.
Complete beginners and experienced hoopers are welcome.
What to Wear: Comfortable activewear or shorts. Barefoot or socks are recommended.
Hoops: Hoops are provided for class, with custom hoops available for purchase at the studio.

Step, hop, and groove through choreography inspired by swing, jazz, and tap traditions. Build coordination, confidence, and style in a lively, welcoming class for beginners and experienced dancers alike.

Through simple exercises, pathways, and movement connections, Tomás will help you develop body awareness, coordination, control, and an understanding of how different parts of the body connect to create smooth waves.

A high-energy dance fitness class combining cardio dance and strength training to build muscle, boost confidence, and get you moving in a supportive, empowering environment.

A 45-minute mind-body workout combining high-intensity movement with restorative exercises, rhythmic breathing, and meditation.
Using Ripstix® exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects movement, rhythm, and sound for an immersive workout designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
What to Bring: A yoga mat and water bottle. Clean indoor gym shoes or barefoot.

Ages: 10+; participants under 18 attend with a parent/guardian.
Build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability in this full-body fitness class. TRX Fusion combines suspension training with barbells, dumbbells, exercise balls, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and other strength and conditioning tools.
Movements can be adjusted for different abilities, creating an approachable but challenging workout.
Level: All Levels
Build core strength, balance, stability, and control through intentional conditioning and partner-based movement.
Class begins with 30 minutes of required CoreBalance focusing on wrist and ankle stability, shoulder strength, deep core engagement, and body awareness. The second portion includes 45 minutes of Partner Acro exploring foundational partner balances, communication, trust, and skill-building.
No partner needed.
What to Wear: Fitted athletic clothing, leggings or athletic pants, and a shirt that covers the midsection. Bare feet are best. Avoid jewelry, zippers, or anything that could scratch a partner.

This donation-based community class is open to all ages and experience levels. No dance experience is necessary, and you don't have to start at the beginning of the season. Join anytime and attend as many practices as your schedule allows.
