All Access - 3, 6 and 12 Month Membership Contract

I acknowledge and grant Epic Motion Dance Studio permission to charge my credit card on a monthly basis in accordance with the membership I have purchased, at the designated rate. These charges will occur each month, commencing on the membership start date.

I am aware that my credit card details will be kept confidential and secure by the Epic Motion Dance Studio staff.

I understand that I am legally obligated to cover the full cost of the membership, irrespective of my class attendance frequency.

I recognize that a $25 fee will be imposed in the event of a declined charge.

I commit to informing Epic Motion Dance Studio of any changes to my account prior to the next scheduled charge date.

I agree to indemnify and release Epic Motion Dance Studio from any claims and agree to reimburse them for any expenses incurred due to the misrepresentation or misuse of the credit card information provided.

I acknowledge that this membership is non-refundable, regardless of the number of classes I attend during the membership period.

I understand that I have the option to temporarily suspend my membership for a fee of $25 per month, with a maximum suspension period of 4 months per membership.

I am aware that I can cancel my membership at any time, but I must pay 50% of the remaining contract amount to terminate my contract.

I understand that, at the conclusion of my 3, 6, or 12-month contract, it will automatically renew unless I send an email to Epic Motion Dance Studio indicating my desire to discontinue a new term of my membership or disable the automatic renewal option in my account.

I understand that I am responsible for paying each month of my membership, either at the regular monthly rate (e.g., $115/month) or the freeze rate ($25/month, up to 4 months), depending on my status. If a scheduled payment is declined and not resolved within 7 days, a $50 penalty will be added for each unpaid month. This applies even if the membership is frozen. If I no longer wish to continue my membership, I may cancel early by paying 50% of the remaining contract balance. Unresolved accounts may result in suspension of access and may be sent to collections after 60 days of nonpayment.

Guest Pass Policy
Guest passes are a perk of select memberships and are intended for occasional use to introduce friends or family to the studio.
To keep things fair, safe, and sustainable for our community, the following guidelines apply:
Guest Eligibility & Limits
Guest passes are for non-members only
Each guest may attend a maximum of 3 total classes, regardless of which member provides the guest pass
Guest passes are intended for occasional visits, not ongoing attendance
Guests who reach their limit must purchase a drop-in or membership to continue attending
Member Responsibility
Guest passes are a benefit for active paying members only
The member must be registered and attend class with their guest
If the member cancels or is removed from class, the guest will also be removed
Class Capacity & Equipment Priority
Guest passes are allowed only when space is available
In classes with limited equipment (such as pole or aerial), paying members receive priority booking
Guests may not be added to classes that are full or waitlisted
Guest passes may be limited to ensure a safe and balanced student-to-equipment ratio
Additional Guidelines
Guest passes may not be used for instructors, staff, or regular attendees
Guest passes may not be shared between members to extend usage for the same individual
Repeated or patterned use of guest passes for the same individual will be denied
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to limit or refuse guest pass usage at our discretion to protect class availability, fairness, and the overall studio experience.
By using a guest pass, you agree to these terms.
Why This Policy Exists
Our goal is to create a welcoming space while also supporting the sustainability of our studio and instructors. Guest passes are designed to give new clients a chance to experience classes—not to replace regular attendance.
